really liked it

Not sure exactly why, but I really liked this one. It's dark and twisty and strange and riveting. Normally, if I don't identify with or like the characters of a book, I can't get through it, but I couldn't wait to see what selfish, horrible thing these people would do next, and it left me with lots of questions. Who, or what, is Honor Klein? What is her relationship with Palmer, really? How can these people speak as though they are moral, ethical people while simultaneously acting with no apparent morals or ethics? What is that ending all about? What does it all mean? And what about all the severed heads (which is not nearly as violent as it sounds)? Fascinating, as only a truly twisted tale can be.
