I am not so sure how i feel about this book.
It was a very interesting read, and i somehow couldn't put it down.

You know from the beginning, that something is 'wrong' /'different' even though it is all told as if everything is normal (and for the characters, it is, i guess). There is never more told though than what the narrator, Kathy, knows and i got the point where i thought that something mus happen and that i wanted to know why things are like that, but the book never goes there.

I have a hard time writing up a review for this.

Euraylie Hey honey! I feel the same way about the book. I just watched the movie, it was pretty good, not perfect by any means, but it made some of the characters more likable. Of course it wasn't as in-depth as the book, but that's expected.
I do find it quite an achievement, however, how Ishiguro got the sometimes cruel and petty relationships between two young girls so right.
