This is a fun urban fantasy. I liked that the heroine didn't start out stereo-typically tough, but gained in self confidence as the story progressed. My absolute favourite part is how the author had fun with the Male Hero Romance Tropes, poking a bit of fun at the genre. There's the Sexy Vampire, Sexy Pirate, Sexy Werewolf, and Sexy Men in Kilts. Lots of Sexy Men in this book, all of whom make the heroine drool...though her heart belongs only to one, apparently. You'll have to read to find out who!
