This was a great sequel to 'The Truth About Lord Stoneville'. I loved the heroine, Annabelle, because she was a businesswoman (a brewster) and very spunky. She would have to be to compete in a man's world. I loved that she never backed down from a good challenge. And the hero, Jarret, was her perfect opponent. He was totally captivated by her. He was a professional gambler, turned brewery manager by his grandmother who owned the brewery. They had their problems getting together, of course. But it was so obvious that they were a perfect match. A nice read. Looking forward to the next one, Minerva's story.
