An effortless read, the pages just keep turning.
This is the story of one tough female cop, Jane Rizzoli, who is about to become a mother, her brave husband Gabriel Dean, an FBI agent and their friend Maura Isles the ME and what they all discover when she finds that a beautiful dead woman in the morgue is really alive.
I don't want to give too many details away. I think Publishers Weekly gave up too much about the story in their review and other reviewers here also give too much away.

The beautiful woman thought to be a corpse is rushed to the hospital where she murders a security guard and seizes hostages including Jane Rizzoli.
