This was a very simple read with a big story. I found this particular book about the holocaust very different from others I have read. Usually I like the historical fiction perspective because pure history is hard for me to weed through. But this book was written from a child's point of view. This definitly gave a childlike simplicity to the horror. Which felt cleaner and spot on. I read it quickly and found it very informative.
