WOW! This is a true account of one mans resilience, bravery and faith in unlieable situations. When "his" B24 crases into the pacific. He and the pilot drift for more than 40 days, fending off sharks, learning to catch the small ones to eat their livers, cathing rain water when it rained, surviving being strafed by the bullets from the Japanese planes, etc., etc. Once they are close enought to hope to land on one of them, they are picked up and friendly japanese who after a few days have to turn them over to the internment camps. Life in thse camps was horrific. Only by reading will you understand their strength and bravery.
