I actually purchased this audio book (from itunes)and listened to it.
I wanted some direction in maintaining my earnings and debt...
I was always surprised with the fact that how could people enter into
a mortgage for a house (say 600k or so for 20 year or 30year term) or a big personal loan and still avoid
the temptation to direct a large part of monthly salary to clear of the debt, there by
sacrificing other necessities such as holidays, travel, gifts to family and friends and emergency savings
etc with out actually depriving yourself of the joy of "living the now"
I have seen some successful people come out of their mortgages or stay in good
position paying off their mortgages in time and still have money in hands for necessities and fun..with ease and planning.

this book gave me some valuable suggestions and i am glad that i have put those principles into
use during last year and things are getting better slowly but surely ...thanks to the author...

should be a good read for starters to manage their finances early in their career ..
