Tables galore! This is a nuts-and-bolts book about how to implement the FIRST training program, which focuses on intensity of runs over accumulating miles. I think I'm going to give it a shot, because the 3 runs a week is about all I can fit in. Need to fit in cross training now, plus strength and stretch.
