Recommended for: People with emotional lives, that means you.

So, let's admit up front that it is not a promising title. But this book is totally great about highlighting the many ways we defeat ourselves, and the kind of behavior patterns we get stuck in that lead us to end up angry. This book is really about Not getting angry, but focusing on doing the things that will keep us sane and happy in our relationships. Very very useful tips. Changed the way I thought about relationships and my role in them.
