Once a Witch was most definitely a fun, refreshing read. There's plenty of magic, time travel, and a pinch of romance to be found within this engaging tale. And add in the fact that I'm a sucker for anything revolving around witches. With that said, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how much I liked this book. So much so that I can't wait to read Always a Witch. I'll end with this - 1939, an enchanting party under a star-filled sky, gorgeous hair and makeup and clothes, being whisked onto a dance floor by a handsome boy, waltzing the night away, magic cast about freely. Uh, yes please. Sign me up, stat!
