The style that this book was written in was quite interesting. Kathryn Walker doesn't use quotation marks to mark speech,so at times this can be challenging to read.

I give her credit for using Venice and describing it really well.

I think this story will appeal to women who are going or have gone through significant relationship changes that are causing them to reassess themselves or their lives.

The story was very interesting and the mystery that they uncovered quite tragic. At the end I feel that it was worth the read, but it would definitely not appeal to all.
