A lot of people refer to this book once the topics of secret societies and the holy grail are discussed. Personally, I think it's an awesome reference for all of those. Very engaging, Baigent covers the past and present and attempts to braid all the unraveled threads surrounding the Grail controversy. Definitely not for the faint of heart though, as it discusses highly volatile subjects, such as: "Jesus was a married father whose bloodline still exists; a bloodline that is actually the REAL 'holy grail'." It's definitely a must read, if for nothing else than to lend an ear to another opinion.
