In this story, another of the Malory’s – this time going back in history to the Grandparents of Jason, Edward, James and Anthony.
A gift turns up, wrapped in gold cloth and tied with red velvet – the whole Malory family has gathered for Christmas at the family home “Havestone”. No-one knows who the gift is for or where it came from and Amy had to be the one to open it. They were surprised to find a diary that answered a whole of questions they had about their forbearers. It is the story of the first Marquess of Havestone and his gypsy wife, from reading it they also get to find out who’s unmarked grave it is on the property that has been tendered so well over the years.
