Dean "Havoc" Conor is an extreme fighter. Orphaned at a young age, he spent his youth traveling the world doing construction with his uncle. It was an okay life except that he had to leave behind his two young sisters with the aunt who didn't want him.
But now his sister has sent him a letter, inviting him home. The older sister is involved with a man who doesn't seem to have her best interests at heart. The younger sister is a wild child who may have to drop out of school because the family coffers have run dry.
Havoc doesn't want a family. But he does want to know about his sister's friend Eve. Instantly attracted, Havoc and Eve don't try hard to fight those feelings. However, Eve doesn't think that Havoc is going to stick around so she's trying to keep her heart to herself. But can they both keep their feelings contained and find out the person who's directing some vicious attacks at Havoc?
