it was ok

I liked the concept but didn't enjoy the book anywhere near as much as I'd expected. The pace was painfully slow, and the progression of the main relationship had no flow. He goes from "it's just physical attraction" to "I love you" in the blink of an eye, and she's not much better.

I thought there were far too many extraneous characters and over-detailed explanations of exactly how many tables are at the restaurant and things like that. I assumed at least some of these details would end up being important but it never happened. Instead they just bogged things down.

I wasn't aware this was Christian fiction, but that didn't end up bothering me much except that the minister in the book was truly insufferable.

Overall, a good concept in need of a serious editing.
