Read in November, 2007

This is a window into the Arab soul. Arab fiction as a genre can be described as an eternally tortured soul looking for a glimmer of sunshine in perpetual night. The writing is very prolific and there is a wonderful description of a woman's body about three quarters of the way through.

This book is very short, only 100 pages and best read in one or two sittings.
