I hated putting this book down, at timeS it was so charged with tension. I think this series just gets better even if it is more blood thirsty.

Riley is being sent undercover to Deshon Starr’s compound to help the Directorate of Other Races find the lab where experiments in DNA are being held so it can be destroyed. Again she runs into a few more non human creatures and has to fight he way through. She also agrees to help a couple of people that Jack (her boss) would prefer her not to but since when does Riley follow rules?

Once again Riley is a bit of a nympho having it off with Kellen, her new werewolf mate, Kade, the Horse Shifter she met in the last book and of course Quinn, the gorgeous vampire, who now says he is happy to play by her rules so that he can be in the running for her affection.
