This is a good break from 'serious' reading. I like Vince Flynn because he builds the novel around a more conservative approach showing the State Department and the CIA in a light that is probably more realistic than other novels. The writing is concise and action packed and the main character Mitch Rapp is both down to earth and superhero at the same time. It would be interesting to have Mitch Rapp have to kill Jason Bourne but it sounds a little like a comic book storyline. After all how can you pit two 'good guy's' against one another?
