Though I enjoyed the story and the bond created between the Angry housewives, I had trouble with the organization of the novel itself. It went back and forth a lot, and the year on each chapter really didn't have much to do with that particular chapter. I was also disappointed that the books they chose were only mentioned by name, and no comments about the books were made. While I assume some of the story line from each chapter alludes to the books, I wouldn't know because I have not read them all. A book about books should mention them more. I would still recommend the book, mostly because it makes you feel good. And in this day and age, we all need a little of that wherever we can get it.

Jessica I'm only about half way, but I'm in complete agreement about there needing to be more about the books. A line or 2 per chapter is not nearly enough. The author could have done so much more with that. The potential was huge, and she missed the mark.
