Jenna Woginrich in this book learns to garden, raise chickens, bees, rabbits, and how to make her own cloths. Along with showing us how to knit and train dogs to pull sleds and carts. We get to see her successes and failures, from baking breed to accidentally killing the bees.

She has written two books since one about chickens: Chick Days: An Absolute Beginner's Guide to Raising Chickens from Hatching to Laying and one yet to be published about her life on her new little farm: Barnheart: The Incurable Longing for a Farm of One 's Own. But you can also read about her daily life on and no I'm not a sponsor or getting any money for this review, I just love reading about Jenna and know she can use the money from these books.
