The Queen Mum told Prince William, upon his selection to St. Andrews, that if there were any good parties to make sure she gets invited and she'll pop on over. Notorious for her gin and tonics, well until the brilliant age of 101, I can imagine her saying such a thing. These are the funny insights one gets into the Royal Family after reading a book like this. Did you know that Diana's pet name for Camilla was The Rottweiler? And Diana's? Camilla called her Barbie. It's a book about love that narrates the long and troubled recent family history that was imparted to Prince William. It outlines the obstacles Catherine may have to overcome once married and officially part of the family. Moreover, if you are new to stalking the Royal Family, as I am, it will give you invaluable insights to the history of the British monarchy of the last 100 years.
