I LOVED the layout of this book. A nice throw-back to my first cookbook (actually my mom's first cookbook that I used): "Betty Crocker's Cookbook for Boys and Girls" which is wonderful and still in reprints from the 50's... but I digress. The premise of this book is to hide vegetable purees in everything so your children will eat more healthily. It is a great concept. I have only given it 3 stars because, well, I don't want to make a bunch of purees and put them in everything. It is a good book, but really a one trick pony.
