She writes good mysteries (way better than Cornwell in my opinion) and I really like the main character in the books-Alexandra Cooper. What I really loved about this book was that the murders happen like in Edgar Allen Poe stories. There is a secret society who is in to Poe and they are trying to figure out who in that society is committing the murders. But what is cool about it is that you learn some history of Poe-about his life and family.
