it was amazing
bookshelves: urban-fantasy
Read in June, 2009 — I own a copy

This was one awesome book, featuring a very dark and damaged heroine. She was very tough and still raw from what had happened to her life recently, but I loved how vulnerable she was at the same time. She might be a hunter able to go up against the hellbreed and suffer a lot physically, but her mental struggle intrigued me.

I'm hooked, and look forward to spending more time with Jill in this action-packed city of hers. I also hope that Saul stays in the upcoming installments.
