Wonderful book about how a change of looking at your life through the eyes of gratitude can actually change your life for the better.

John Kralik had a failing law practice, was separated from his second wife and a bit too distant from his adult sons. He goes hiking in the mountains to contemplate the coming year and then a voice comes to him, "Until you learn to be grateful for what you have, you will not receive the things you want." Not sure where the voice came from he decides to start being grateful by writing 365 Thank you notes in the next year. At frist he struggles to find reasons to send/write the notes. As he does, situations start to change.

A beautiful lesson in the importance of being grateful for what we have.
