I have to say, the Night Huntress series gets better and better with every book. Jeaniene Frost once again had me by the throat with the latest Cat and Bones instalment.

The action was incredible as always, with the author finding new and inventive ways to torture her poor characters. The romance was steamy and has a raw magnetism that draws the reader in. If any fans of the series worries about the love between Cat and Bones becoming stale or uninteresting, have no fear - it isn't possible for the author to write something short of amazing.

With a new terror threatening to rip the couple apart, I wasn't prepared for the emotion that was launched my way as the story progressed. in the last book, I had grieved. In this book, I was flat out terrified.

The release of the 5th Night Huntress book can't come quick enough.
