Fascinating look into Tony Hsieh's life and the growth and culture of Zappos. The culture of Zappos and the Zappos Core values are really cool and a little bit unbelievable. Companies don't typically work like this. One of my favorite core values: create fun and a little weirdness. Zappos employees embrace the fun and little bit of weirdness. Check out Zappos website and you'll see a little bit how they do that. A couple others include Deliver WOW through Service, Be Passionate and Driven, and Embrace and Drive Change. Very interesting book with a lot of stuff to think about. Also good as an audio book.
