A worthy sequel to American Gods, although the story actually originated before Gaiman composed American Gods. Just like a web, it has multiple strands that satisfyingly come together by the end. Fat Charlie is the same kind of more-than-meets-the-eye antihero as Richard Mayhew in Neverwhere, and his journey of self-discovery is woven together with threads of mythology and of a rollicky good story. Highly recommended!
