This book is so comical and such a good read. The book is about Pia, a lady whose a little pudgy and is not real comfortable on how she looks. In a way she feels why men don't really see her is because she's fat.
Pia lives in the Northwest and runs a no kill shelter for older pets. She decides she's going on a singles tour that takes her to Iceland. While on this tour she meets Magda, a curvy, voluptious Spanish lady who instantly bonds with Pia. Pia has a lot of fun with Magda. While at a festival in Iceland with the tour group, Denise a nasty arrogant woman on the tour group, dares Pia to up to these two handsome & sexy men. Pia takes the bet but gets a little skittish, so she goes into a bookstore and browses while watching the two men. She follows the men and one splits from the other so she follows the dark haired one. While following the dark haired man she bumps into a woman who is French, the lady apolizes and introduces her self, her name is Anniki Belvoir. She said forget the address to the bookstore she was suppose to meet her friend. Pia and her get to talking and Pia tells her about the bookstore where she bought a few items.
From here this is where Pia's adventures began. This is a must read. You will laugh at the crzy situations that Pia gets in. You will fall in love with two of the Characters; which is Alec and hummmmm Kristoff. Once you finished with this book you need to go to part two of the story which takes place in another book. Crouching Vampire, Hidden Fang. Katie McAllister is a genious with her books. The comedy and the erotic works well together.
