Lots of fun as always. Better than the last book (I think the series works best when set in the London/British society). Did think the arrangement the couple came to with Lord Akeldama a bit bizarre . . . didn't quite buy it, but was willing to overlook it for the most part.

I'd say my biggest quibble by far is with the back cover copy which I'd rate a 2. I don't think it a spoiler to say, frankly that there is no ghost threatening the queen. The porcupines aren't zombies, and the "what" that has taken up residence in Lord Akeldama's second best closet isn't really a what, more like a who.

Lots of fun if you like the series.
