Ken I know -- the dirty stories get 5 stars and the "proper" ones get a one, right?

Heather Definitely :-) I'm surprised they haven't adapted some of this for a Cinemax special. Well, who knows, maybe they have. Ha!

Ken There are actually some "expurgated" copies still kicking around, so you're lucky if your copy let it all hang out (as they once said in the 60s, and we'll leave "it" to the imagination)....

Alex From what I heard, even Boccaccio thought this book was too dirty. He sorta tried to distance himself from it. Poor dude; that didn't work out very well.

Heather Nope, it didn't, seeing that we're still reading it, and, in at least my case, giggling over parts of it like a 13 year old. Ha!
