Enjoyable and thought-inspiring as I expect from Gladwell. I most enjoyed the 'broken window' analogy discussion - it reminded me a great deal of my "what is due tomorrow" list (my basic survival mechanism), but also of Lewis' Moneyball approach. What is the question we are NOT asking? That approach - the undervalued perspective - is fascinating.
