Eh, I'm not too sure how I feel about this one but I did have rather high expectations from the majority of reviews that I've seen. Right at the beginning, I didn't enjoy being bombarded with endless designer brands and clichés of rich kids. However, as the book progressed, I did relax, get more into it and found myself laughing at parts. As soon as I adjusted to the characters and learnt more about them, they did become more likeable. At around the halfway point, I really began to enjoy the book and wanted to read on. I thought the fact issues such as sexuality and eating disorders really added to this book, giving more of a sense of realism alongside all of the gossip and scandal. I did find A's messages to be very intriguing and would love to find out more about them. I will be reading more of this series.

I really hope you enjoy this series. People seem to have very mixed opinions when it comes to these books, perhaps a result of them disliking the TV show? Nonetheless, it's one of my guilty pleasures.

Actually, well... maybe I won't chance this. I DON'T KNOW. Being "bombarded with endless designer brands and clichés of rich kids"is a huge turn-off.
