It was really amazing, and so informative. So, if you are asked to work on a history project on the World War I, just try this book.
He handles the story of so many people with totally different backgrounds skilfully, without messing them up. He lets you see the war and its consequences from different points of view. You can feel how the arrogant and snobbish Lord Fitz in Britain sees the war and on the other hand, how the poor workers in Russia think of war. It is AMAZING, 5 stars for Mr. Follett.
Still, I believe it could go with less sex. Maybe it's just that Ken Follett has to encourage the western readers keep reading (no offense intended).
