One of the best books on Management anyone can ever read, from new graduate to current manager.
What I love the most about this book is Jack Welch's focus on the people and building leaders.
I concur with what Warren Buffett says on the cover of the book. As does Warren Buffett, I also endorse this book. Only book on Management you will ever have to read. :)
