Delilah's speciality is forensic accounting. She's hired to audit a private company. The paperwork shows inconsistencies. Being the best, Deliiah knows it's only a matter of time before she gets to the bottom of the problem. Delilah's attacked on her way home from work. She manages to run from the arms of her attacker into the arms of one very suprised sexy vampire who's only to happy to hold onto her and not let her go.
Delilah invokes a passion in Samson he's never experienced. It's all consuming. There's just one problem...Delilah is human. Samson knows that to reveal himself as a vampire will send her screaming and running out the door and out of his life forever...which is the last thing he wants. To complicate things, someone wants Delilah dead and they're very determined to see it carried through at all costs.
Things become more involved and more complications arise as the plot thickens. Will the starcrossed lovers have the happy ending they both desire, or are they doomed to follow the fate of Romeo and Juliet?
If the other 2 books in the series are anything like this one, I'm looking forward to reading them.
