This is a fantastic history of Nelson Mandela as he comes to power in South Africa and tries to unify the country. The focus of the book is on the role rugby played and specifically the 1995 Rugby world cup. I also watched Invictus, a movie based on the book but the book has a lot more depth to it. The book is gripping and Mandela an absolutely phenomenal leader. I loved this book.
