Reading Kornbluth reminds me of my grandpa, which is funny and sad to me, because my dad loved SF when he was a teen, and my grandpa frowned on it. Now I see a cynical and really funny guy with a strong engineering-bent and eye for simple (if sometime brutal) solutions telling these stories, and they make me think of my dad's dad.
Really Good Stuff. Don't think a lot of classic SF would be the same without him, and therefore modern SF, movies such as Idiocracy, or many other fine things that have come since Kornbluth's premature demise.
