I rarely write a bad review, but I've got to this time. And really, it's my own fault. 50 pages in I thought maybe I should put this one down. Then again around 100 pages I wondered. Finally, I was halfway through the book and too far in to abandon it.

I just didn't get this book. It is filled with every negative Jewish stereotype there is. It's meant to be funny (even says so on the back cover) but it wasn't. It's also described as "furious" which is more accurate. About the only thing I liked about this book was its north London setting. I do try to be more constructive when I feel the need to speak negatively about a book and maybe with time I'll be able to with this one. Right now I just feel ripped-off.
