I'm frustrated that I haven't seen this movie, especially after having read this book...

Countless people have been talking about the film, I like Michael Cera, and I love Edgar Wright, so I decided to drop some dough last week and just get all of the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels. (I mostly refuse to see a film based on a book until I've read said book.) After reading this first one, I'm SO glad I did.

Scott Pilgrim is a 23 year-old kid who plays bass in a band called Sex Bob-omb. He's "between jobs" and dating a cute little high school girl. What could go wrong?

This book has my brand of humor, the slightest tinge of melacholy, pop culture references, and is just a great read. Just typing this makes me want to go read it again... AND SEE THE FILM!
