This was another good story in this great series by Lynsay Sands, probably not quite as good as some of the others but good all the same.

Samantha Willan has been forced to take a long awaited vacation by her sisters (she is a workaholic junior partner in a prestigious law firm). With her sisters Alex and Jo they have gone to their country cottage for a couple of weeks.

They have never met their new neighbour but they do this week as Decker Argenaue Pimms is there with his 2 work collegues Garrett Mortimer and Justin Bricker - they are vampires and their job is to hunt rogue vampires and they are in this area because someone has been biting mortals.

Mortimer finds that he cannot read Sam, which means she is his life mate and with that comes enjoyment in life again but he has to figure out first if it's true and how does he tell Sam?

It was an easy read.
