All I have to say is Adrian better be in this series, and he better find someone to love him, or else I'm going to have to jump into the book and make him mine.
Update: According to Mead's blog:
Bloodlines is the spin-off series to Vampire Academy (it's the name of the first book and of the series). It's set in the VA world but will be about different characters: Sydney (our narrator), Jill, Eddie, and one of the love interests from VA. I'm not saying who that last guy is, but it's mostly to protect those who haven't read Last Sacrifice. If you have read it, then it should be pretty obvious who the other character is.
So, clearly, this means it is 100% confirmed that Adrian is in it, so YAY!!! Thank you!!! Also, it sounds to me like it will be in first-person, so I'm not sure why it says otherwise on here, but we shall see!

Well from what I've heard ladies. Adrian is going to be the love interest in the series and since it's from Sydney's POV, then they'll be a couple which I think will be awesome since they're such opposites and will balance each other out nicely.I want to KILL Rose though for the way she ended things...*cough* skank *cough cough*

I wasn't surprised, though. YA heroines almost always treat their (multiple) heroes like crap. YEAH, and BL is going to be in multiple points of view, which I really like, so I'm happy about that. And I agree a match between Sydney/Adrian would be really interesting, especially given how she feels about Moroi. I wan to read this NOW. I need to know!

By the end of Blood Promise I was so annoyed with Dimitri! So in Last Sacrifice I was hoping that that romance was finished and Adrian could have a happy ending!! :(
I know....I didn't think he'd have a happy ending, but I didn't think that she'd give him a MISERABLE ending...so harsh.
You know what, I'm soooo glad Adrian didn't end up with Rose, because it means there's more of him to come!! Mead has practically confirmed he's going to be the main male character in Bloodlines, so I'm SO happy! Rose was a bitch, but Adrian will soon realize he can do better.
UMMM yeaaaah! Plus they never would've worked out. Rose would've walked all over him. He's better of without her, and needs someone who will APPRECIATE him, and all his "talents".But poor guy is so heartbroken right now that I doubt Adrian is on the look out for loooove. If anything he's probably just going to start going crazy and sleeping with some skank a$$ hoes.
Yeah, I doubt he'll be looking for love, but it'll find him anyway! Hopefully there won't be much skank-smexing LOL.
lol Adrian is in there and I have a feeling hes gonna find someone who is even better for him than Rose...this is sorta random but doesnt the song "Grenade" remind you of Adrian and Rose, minus the fact that Rose probably would die for Adrian?

Um, she's not "taken" by him, and even if she were, she could still break up with him. Adrian is too old for Jill. If he got with her, that'd make him a pedophile.
@The Last Olympian i think that song is perfect for Adrian and Rose. I think the love interest might be *spoiler alert* Joshua...im not sure though i think Sydney and adrian would be an awesome couple.
i dont really know how i would react if she made a whole book in his point of view....it would kind of be pointless because his story wouldnt have anything to do with Rose or well anyone. it would just have him and his crazy family.
That's kind of random, since that isn't happening, and just because it isn't about Rose doesn't make it pointless. Adrian is alive as well, he is his own "man." Not everything is about Rose, and who's to say who it would have in it? Honestly, you make zero sense.
well adrian is one story for sure. But i do want to say dat I think Sydney already has a "lover/admirer"...iam sure something was mentioned at the end of LS..when everything was being wrapped up.....n e ways.....who knows....waiting is all there is left...OHHH this is torture!!!!!!!!!
Yep, that's been mentioned, but that doesn't mean she can't get a new love interest. It's not like she's married and totally and completely in love. But whatever, as long as Adrian finds someone he loves and who loves him, I'll be happy. I KNOW!!!! I hate waiting!

And I agree about Sydney and her feelings on Moroi, but wouldn't it be cool if Adrian were the one to change her view a bit? If anyone can, I think it's him. But I don't care much who he ends up with as long as he ends up with someone, LOL. :D :D

I would bet my left leg that they're going to be together. Maybe not by the end of the first book or even the second one, but I'd put big heaping piles of money on the two of them ending up together. That's how confident I am. Richelle loves bringing opposites together or characters that help balance each other out. I can't think of a better example than Adrian and Syd.

its in the book. theres a paragraph in LS when Adrian was talking to Rose after he saw her cheating. he was like "next time your in bed with Belikov remember that some poeple didnt make out as good as you. im one but what about Eddie. jill, sydney?" those arent the exact words i just shortened it. thats what made me think hes the secret lover!!!
