I loved this book. Bourdain's writing style is sharp and conversational. He doesn't hold back on opinion and scorn and yet isn't afraid to say when he's been wrong. The book was a real eye-opener into the food business. He is for America the first to do what Gordon Ramsey does for Great Britain. Hell, I think Bourdain was before him even and is overall a much nicer seeming guy.
