Good family drama/romance. Not my usual reading material but Delinsky writes interesting and well developed characters that you get to know well. This tells two stories. Casey Wells is a phycologist she has never met her biological father when he leaves her a town house on Beacon Hill. He was a renowned phycologist and she finds a case study of a young girl from Maine who has been abused by both her parents. Both stories unfold and they are rich and interesting. The gardener for the house becomes the romance interest but there is more to his story too.
