This is the second of the Chandler Brothers trilogy. Raina Chandler faked a heart condition in order to control her three sons and manipulate them into marriage and parenthood so that she can have grandchildren. This is the story of middle brother Rick and Kendall Sutton. Rick is a cop and goes to rescue a stranded motorist who turns out to be Kendall still in her wedding dress - having changed her mind before saying I do. Shunning his mother's matchmaking attempts, he finds this woman on his own. It is a quick, predictable and fun read.
