I love Ally Carter's Gallagher Girls series so I was eager to read her newest novel/series. It didn't disappoint. I'm not sure if there will be more books with these characters, but I hope so.

Kat is fifteen and comes from a long line of con-artists and theives. It's the family business and Kat has been firmly involved since she was in diapers. However, when Kat tries to leave the life and be a normal teen she inevitably ends up getting pulled back in when her family is in trouble.

This is a fun, fast and very fluffy read. Like the Gallagher Girls series there's no real weight to the books and no deep underlying message. They're just fun. And there's nothing wrong with fun. Heist Society made me smile and is the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon. I loved the characters, the pacing is well done and the entire book is just a lovely little diversion.
