A nice collection of essays about various applications and elements of Narrative Therapy.

The one thing this book mentioned (in doing research for my thesis) that none other did was discuss transferrence/countertransferrence in the Narrative Therapy modality, as well as more about the relationship between the therapist and the person with whom they are working - really positive. Also a good chapter on group therapy in the narrative modality.
