3 out of 5 stars is really accurate for this book. There were parts I loved and parts I really disliked. The scene in Disneyland was great because I went on the same rides that were mentioned. :D However, there was another part in the book where some alcohol abuse occurred. I found that to be a surprise- and immensely disappointing. The main character was usually likable but frustrating at times. The lessons learned throughout (forgiving yourself, acceptance, doing what's right, etc.) were carried out well. I was impressed by how science was incorporated into the overall paranormal theme, usually authors just run with the "paranormalcy" of it all and go on to say that "that's the way it is". Here, actual logical explanations were offered. There wasn't enough romance for my liking though, and the male protagonist didn't make near enough appearances. The villain seemed to be too much of a drama queen as well. I can tell that the rest of the books in the series will play with the tension between the two main characters, which was crafted well in this book. The ending was satisfying, and I do want to read the sequel. :)

Nafisa Nuzhat You are right! Blue Moon is ok but by the time you end it, you will HATE the main character and that's why I stopped buying the books. =\
