Good continuation of the plotline. More of a bridge between Knife of Dreams and Towers of Midnight, albeit with some fascinating and long-delayed character development.

Brandon Sanderson does not disappoint. Style is almost indistinguishable from Robert Jordan's writing.

I really like his earnest attempt to learn and describe details of craftsmanship and trade-skills. RJ never really did that. B. Sanderson really gets into it, describing the processes of characters' work at blacksmithing, swordsmithing, fletching arrows, leatherworking, etc, all of which appeal to my love of primitive living skills and such.

If you got fed up with waiting for the last book to tie up the series and are now afraid to pick up the last two books for fear that they won't live up to your expectations, have no fear. They will not disappoint.
